You do not have to understand the teaching to see whether it is working. Each step is something you can check yourself.

Your child asks a real question from real homework. iStarPal replies with the smallest useful nudge and waits. It is designed so the answer is never the first thing offered.

Decide how much help is allowed: a nudge only, a full walkthrough, or the worked answer. The setting is yours, it applies to your child's account, and it takes effect on their next question.
